My absence is only temporary, I’m still playing retro games, buying retro games and collecting retro games. I’m slowly getting more time on my hands so I can hopefully blog more about my retro video games! I have been keeping up my instagram though. Those of you who follow me on there might have noticed the reason for my absence being my 5 month old baby girl ^_^ I can’t wait for her to grow up and play video games with me! I’m gonna teach her everything I know! :D

Super cute baby you made! No wonder you’ve been distracted. I don’t have kids so I don’t know first hand but I have an idea of how busy you’ve been. And I’m sure babe is much more fulfilling than retro video games. But if you find time for this cool hobby too all the better.

Thanks ^_^ Haha yeah she can be quite distracting, but also a lot of fun :) I will never quit my hobby, this is basically what I’ve been collecting for, a new generation who gets to enjoy everything I missed out on as a child ^_^ I really really hope that she will be into games as much as I am 😅
Awwwww! She’s SO cute! Well, I’m betting you have a bunch of games and such for her to hop onto when she’s ready for that first controller. If she starts beating you at Tetris too early, that’s a good sign the lineage will continue as strong as ever!
Haha yeah, I’ve already gotten wooden Tetris shaped toys for her to play with so she can begin to train that Tetris brain 👌😂 It’s going to be bittersweet the day she beats me, I’m a sore loser, yet I want her to exceed!

Congratulations, she is so cute. My wife and I had a baby daughter late last year too (in addition to a 3 year old son), they are so much fun and like you I am also looking forward to playing games with them someday!

Congratulations. Its hard find the time for games with a baby (and harder to find the time to write about it) but you’ll enjoy parenting. I never realized how much time I had to game until I had my son.
Haha yeah, gaming time is definitely reduced XD But she goes to bed at 8 o’clock at night and sleeps well, the problem is that your so tired after a full day of work and then caring for her until bed time XD So you don’t have much energy to game :( But I still try to get some gaming time a few times a week ^_^
Gabriel’s the same way. 8 o’clock sounds so early, but by the time he falls asleep, I’m pretty much ready to lay down, too! I try to make a point of doing something atleast once a week. Likely, my wife is into gaming too so we can just play a short game together and then pass out! I ended up building a game room when we moved for that purpose.
