Here’s the list of all my PC Engine games. I have scanned the cases and under them I’ve put the name in roman letters and then the japanese name, also the publisher and the genre, i.e. platformer, puzzle, shooter etc. I might have made some mistakes so if you find any please let me know and I’ll correct it ^_^
The games are listed from A-Z, if you are searching for anything in particular a hint is that you can type (if you’re on a PC) Ctrl+F (or if you’re on a Mac) Cmd+F and a little search window will pop up in your browser letting you type for example “Hudson” and then you can get straight to all the places where ‘Hudson’ is listed.

Nice little collection of PC Engine stuff. I highly recommend Dynastic Hero. It’s one of my favorite games of all time. If you like that Adventure Island (Dragons Curse), then you will absolutely love it. Also Dungeon Explorer II, Magical Chase, Lords of Thunder, Gate of Thunder, Y’s Book I and II, and I can’t remember if you had it but Bonk 2 is the best in the series. Legendary Axe is also one of my favorites which you have. And I really enjoyed Aoi Blink, and Spin Pair as well. If you have extra cash Sylphia is amazing, also Sapphire, and Double Dragon 2. I’m sure you already know about Dracula X.

Yeah we just call it Dracula X in the USA. But you are right. I think before I also forget to mention “Coryoon: Child of Flame” a cute little SHMUMP, and “Circus Lido” which use to be the rarest PC Engine game until discovered maybe 15 years ago in bulk. Originally it was only sold in Japanese book stores if I remember correctly. You play as a little insect in a Bubble Bobble type level design, but it’s a puzzle game. Dynastic Hero is a must have. It’s on Wii Virtual Console in English.
Yeah, I’ve seen Coryoon, but damn that one’s expensive >_< I've never heard of Circus Lido, but I'll look it up :D

Dynastic Hero is in my opinion one of the best games ever. The English version is very expensive, but the Japanese version should be easy to play through with only need to consult online once in the very beginning where you play the flute. It’s the same game as Wonderboy in Monster World on mega drive but better looking, better music, and it’s a bit easier. Looks like you replied a long time ago. Did you get a chance to pay it?
Circus Lido use to be the rarest PC Engine game until maybe 15 years ago. It was sold only in bookstores in Japan, but was rediscovered in large quantities and not is in the $50.00 range opposed to the well over a thousand it use to go for. It is a neat little puzzle game that looks like bubble bobble where you control a lizard and use his tongue to get around. It’s not amazing, but it’s cool to check out and play through.

I don’t have the Turbo Grafx so I only buy japanese versions for my PC Engine ^^

I recently started collecting for the PC Engine (TurboGrafx-16 for us Yanks), and I’m loving the system! I have some US games (my favorites right now being Alien Crush, Bonk’s Adventure and Cratermaze) with some Japanese games (Space Invaders & Fire Pro Wrestling 3 FTW!) with a region converter card. I even modded a AV cable for Composite Out using the expansion pins and the games looks and sound awesome!
Its definitely one of my absolute favorite systems ^_^ there’s just so many great games for it and they look amazing! :D check out Ai Chou Aniki! It’s hilarious! ^_^
